There is a myth that oily skin does not need hydration- skin can be oily yet dehydrated. When the skin is dehydrated  it overcompensates by producing more oil. Hypoallergenic, nourishing Let's Carrot Oil Toner helps to moisturize sensitive, dull skin. This bi-phased toner combines water phase (Carrot Hydrosol and Extract) with Carrot Seed Oil and Beta Carotene. Shake the bottle gently to mix both phases. Product can be used not only as a toner, but also as a mist when you're in need of an extra dose of hydration.

How to use:

Use as toner: Spray onto skin after using a cleanser and gently pat to absorb.

Use as hydrating mist: Use throughout the day to refresh and hydrate dry skin.
